1. Delivery & Service
- Delivery Time: We aim to deliver game accounts as quickly as possible. However, delivery can take up to 12 hours from the time of payment, especially if our executives are offline.
- Method of Delivery: All game account details will be sent to you via WhatsApp. Please ensure the phone number you provide is correct and active.
2. Product Usage & Warranty
- Account Access: The game account details you receive are for your personal use on a single device only.
- Warranty Void: The warranty will be immediately void if the provided account is logged into on more than one device.
- Device Change: Changing the device you log in from is not allowed and will also void the warranty.
- Lifetime Warranty: We offer a lifetime warranty on all game accounts. This means we will replace the account if it stops working, as long as the terms of this agreement have not been violated.
- Account Replacement: If an account stops working, we will provide a replacement. Please note that a waiting period of up to 7 days can be expected for a replacement to be delivered. This allows us time to verify the issue and prepare a new account.
3. Refunds & Replacements
- No Refunds: All sales are final. Refunds are not available under any circumstances.
- Replacement Policy: If a game stops working due to an issue with the account itself, we will provide a replacement as per our warranty policy. This is the only form of compensation offered.
